The hotel has quality customer service.

I experienced frustratingly slow Wi-Fi speeds that made planning my activities nearly impossible. check-in took longer than expected, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. The noise from the street made it difficult to sleep, completely ruining my stay.

This was an ideal choice for a short staycation in Salzburg with good value. The friendly staff made the check-in process incredibly easy. Avoid dining during peak hours to steer clear of crowded areas with flies.
